 We are able to prepare project estimates for anything from refurbishments and conversions of existing buildings to large new build projects. All work is backed up in detail, so you understand the breakdown to all the figures. We will agree beforehand a suitable format, so you have a professionally presented tender quotation or estimate to send to your client. 

 We can measure individual trade packages, quantify materials and complete check measures in a professional format.

 We will quantify your projects design into a Bill of Quantities or Schedule of Works format to whatever detail you require. We can measure to Standard industry SMM7 or New Rules of Measurement or alternatively bespoke service or approximate quantities to suit your requirements.
